Perfume X Market ("PXM", "we") operates perfumexmarket.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number and delivery address — the minimum needed to deliver your order.
- Contact history: messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or phone, so we can support you.
- Cart data: stored only in your own browser (localStorage) — it never reaches our servers until you place an order.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment gateway. Your card, UPI and banking details are entered directly with Razorpay and never seen or stored by us. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
How we use your information
- To process, pack, ship and deliver your order.
- To send order confirmations and tracking updates on WhatsApp, SMS or phone.
- To handle returns, refunds and support requests.
- To send occasional launch or offer updates on WhatsApp — only if you opted in, and you can leave anytime by messaging "STOP".
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We never share your details with third parties beyond what delivery and payment require (courier partners receive your name, address and phone to deliver the parcel).
