Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or buy on perfumexmarket.in, operated by Perfume X Market ("PXM"). Placing an order means you accept them.

Products & authenticity

Designer and niche perfumes sold on this site are original, sealed products sourced for resale.
PXM house attars are our own alcohol-free oil perfumes, filled and packed by us.
Product images are for presentation; bottle shapes and packaging may vary slightly from photographs.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Orders may be paid online in advance via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) or by cash on delivery. We do not collect or store your payment credentials.
Cash on delivery adds a ₹79 handling charge, and offers, discounts and coupon codes are valid on prepaid orders only. Both are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll tell you first.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; we may contact you on WhatsApp or phone to verify details before dispatch.
If an item goes out of stock after you pay, you choose: an alternative, or an immediate full refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.
